The Islamic Association of Carrollton (IAC) aspires to be a dynamic Islamic center that addresses the spiritual, educational, and social needs of the Muslim community in Carrollton. Its mission emphasizes fostering unity among community members and enhancing the broader society through outreach initiatives and social services.

A pivotal aim of IAC is to build a strong sense of community while contributing positively to the larger Dallas-Fort Worth area. To achieve this, IAC offers a range of religious, educational, and outreach programs designed to support both local and wider community needs. The following services exemplify its commitment:

Social Services
- Free Medical Clinic for those in need (Every Saturday by appointment)
- Financial Assistance for individuals facing hardship
- Sadaqa and Zakat Distribution for supporting vulnerable community members

- Summer and Sunday School programs
- Quran Learning Classes for children
- Hifz School for memorization of the Quran
- Weekly Educational Lectures and Halaqas

- Five Daily Prayers
